Getting Started with Your Cashless Wallet

We're excited to introduce our cashless payment system for this year's festival! Here's everything you need to know about accessing and using your cashless wallet.

⏰ Before the Festival


  1. Access Your Wallet: You'll receive an email with a personalized button to access your cashless wallet. Simply click this button for password-free login. Please note this link is unique to you and should not be shared.

  2. Pre-Load Your Wallet: Save time at the festival by pre-filling your wallet. Add funds in advance so you can start enjoying the festival immediately upon arrival.

📍 At Check-In


When you arrive at the festival, you'll receive a special wristband that's connected to your cashless wallet account. This wristband serves as your festival pass and payment method all in one!

🥳 During the Festival


You have two convenient ways to pay:

  1. Mobile App: Use our festival app to:

    • Make payments at vendor locations

    • Place food and drink orders

    • Add funds to your wallet

    • Track your spending

  2. Wristband: Simply tap your wristband at any payment terminal to make quick, contactless purchases.
